Design Highlights - Florentine Plaza is a mixed-use development that will offer South Fulton County a dynamic place of shopping, leisure and dining. The exterior space is designed to offer interactive forums in which to congregate, relax and enjoy the scenery. The Florentine Plaza consists of a palette of Italian-inspired architectural elements, giving character and identity to the new mixed-use development. The first story contains retail boutiques and a 2,600 S.F. restaurant. The second story consists of 8 office suites of varying sizes. A live-in customer base will be created upon the completion of the Phase II townhome portion. The Florentine Plaza will be a mixed-use development consisting of energy and excitement while simultaneously fitting into the fabric of everyday life.
